Here are the items recently added to the “lost in transit” list:

On Nov 18 the Randolph Library sent in a request for a book "Miss Seeton by Moonlight". When I inquire on the system, it says the book was shipped from Lancaster (Weeks Memorial) on Nov 19. We have not received the book as of today - Dec 9. This is ILL request #953134.

Newmarket PL returned a DVD Jean de Florette Manon des sources to the Durham PL on July 30, 2010. It never arrived.
