Wednesday, Dec. 22, 3:35 p.m.: The NHU-PAC remains offline as server software upgrades are implemented. The work is moving along nicely but it just takes a long time with a system of this size.

I have a question . . . can you explain why this could not have been done on a Sunday when fewer people are using the system?
ReplyDeleteSoftware upgrades are handled by SirsiDynix technicians (two of them, in this particular case) and the company schedules this kind of work for business hours.
