NHAIS Notes is a way for the New Hampshire State Library to disseminate information about NHAIS programs and issues. The mission of the New Hampshire Automated Information System (NHAIS) is to promote and improve access to library and information resources for and about New Hampshire. OCLC has announced that the 23rd edition of the Dewey Decimal Classification is now available for pre-ordering at a 10% discount. I have put in a call to OCLC to see if a bulk-purchase price can be arranged for NH libraries. Past experience with OCLC tells me it isn't likely, but I have asked anyway. Stay tuned!
