ILL server parts on the way
Monday, Dec. 11, 3:40 p.m.: Two replacement drives expected to get the ILL server back on its feet are expected to arrive tomorrow. More snow is also expected to arrive tomorrow. I don't know how this is going to play out but today's diagnostic indications are that it's very likely the operating system and ILL program will need to be installed afresh. Bottom line: there may be progress tomorrow in spite of the weather but don't expect full restoration of ILL service Tuesday.
