NHAIS Notes is a way for the New Hampshire State Library to disseminate information about NHAIS programs and issues. The September 15, 2008 issue of Library Journal included an article on Green Weeding (p. 32) that talked about ways to get rid of the stuff you weed out of your collection. As this is a question that comes up regularly on NHAIS-L I thought the article might be of interest.

This was GREAT! I signed up with mooch..which I had found before but forgot about and have my first mooching as of today from England!
ReplyDeleteI'm moving on to the other suggestions because I have some *ahem* (a lot) of Ye Olde "Doctor's In Love" from the 50's which have a kitchy quality that almost, ALMOST makes me want to keep them...except we need the shelf space...
