Friday, May 22, 2 p.m.: The NHU-PAC continues to have its ups and downs today. It appears the problem is being caused by one particular webcrawler which is tying up our resources. NHAIS Services has taken several actions to fight this but some measures--like blocking access from the offending address--need to wait for another agency to act on them.
