2011 National Survey of Public Library Funding and Technology Access

Janet Eklund, Administrator of Library Operations, NHSL, recently sent out this reminder to NH libraries. Don't let NH get left out again!

In its seventh week, the 2011 National Survey of Public Library Funding and Technology Access continues to receive survey responses. Currently, New Hampshire has a 32% response rate! Thanks to all the librarians who took the time to complete the lengthy survey. Many librarians have started the survey but not yet completed it.

The survey is at this URL: http://www.plinternetsurvey.org/ It will close November 11.

You will need your FSCS code which you can find here:
http://www.nh.gov/nhsl/lds/documents/2010publiclibrarystatistics.xls

To see which NH libraries who have started and/or completed the survey to date visit this URL:

Remember that NH's technology data was the only state not included in the 2009-2010 survey because we did not have sufficient survey response rates. Our participation rate has drastically improved since 2010-- and we are, of course, aiming for as high a percentage as possible!

Thank you again for your willingness to do the survey.
