Van update Monday 12/7

Hello librarians,

The van that covers the Southwest routes is fixed and back on the road today (Monday). Therefore all van routes are on schedule today.

We are still waiting for the new van replacement and do not have a timeline. So two other routes are temporarily changed. This means that the Friday Lakes Region route (see libraries below) is cancelled until we receive a new van.

New Hampton
Meredith
Center Harbor
Wolfeboro
Alton
Gilford
Laconia
Sanbornton
However, those libraries will continue to receive van service, on their regular routes on other days, or by temporary drop off at a neighboring library. So please continue to send/return materials to these libraries.

Finally, the Wednesday Capital Route will continue to receive service, but we will be using our car instead of the van for now. Because of space limitations the libraries in Concord on that route have been notified to pick up/drop off materials here at the State Library.

This does sound a bit complicated, so please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Hopefully, I’ll have an answer!
