Pictures, reviews still missing

We're still missing the pictures, reviews, first-chapter excerpts, and other extra content normally seen when looking at individual records in the NHU-PAC.  The problem was first noted on October 1, when I wrote that it usually takes a few days to straighten out.  I didn't mean a few weeks but it turns out the problem this time isn't the same as it has been in the past.  We've managed to rule out a few things but that's all the progress I can report as we continue the effort to get this fixed.
