ILL St. Patrick's Day Oddities

We have had a few reports this afternoon of people trying to request various items through ILL and getting a weird screen instead of the request screen they expected. It hasn't been with every request, and we haven't identified a pattern. So far most people have been able to resolve the issue and place their request by closing and then reopening their browser.

We will continue to monitor this issue. If it happens to you and restarting your browser doesn't resolve it please email us and let us know what item you were trying to request and what browser you were using.
