ILL outage continues

Thursday, Dec. 7, 3:20 p.m.: Today we've been in touch with the company that fixed the ILL server when it had a near-death experience 5 years ago and it appears they'll be able to help us but it'll be at least another day before the server is working and there's any hope of seeing the ILL program up and running.

It's always inconvenient when the ILL program is down but it's especially inconvenient when it happens while the van service is doing a usage survey.  Nonetheless, this week's survey continues so please keep track of your counts and do your best to complete and submit the numbers.
