Wednesday ILL update

Wednesday, Dec. 20, 3:25 p.m.: We're not out of the woods yet but finally getting remote access to the ILL server established today is significant.  Up to this point, communication with the server required typing into a keyboard directly attached to the machine.  I'd use a phone to either read aloud what was on the screen or take and send a picture of the screen to a technician.  Now SirsiDynix techs will be able to log in to the server and have a look around themselves.  What's already evident is that further configuration work is needed to restore the ILL program.
