Brief NHU-PAC outage Tues afternoon to fix searching issues

Tuesday, Sept. 18: Reports of odd search results in the NHU-PAC began coming in around 3:15 Monday afternoon, pointing to the need for an index rebuild.  This takes several hours but the new indexes should be ready to be installed this afternoon.  That will require a 5-minute interruption of NHU-PAC searching.  I'll post an exact outage time later today when the rebuilding process is nearing completion.

So far the examples of odd results I've seen involve getting blank lines or getting the same record (NHU-PAC bib #1: Mudlumps at the mouth of South Pass, Mississippi River).  These and other oddities will likely continue today until new indexes can be installed.
