As we work through the
state contracting process to implement a new ILL system for NH we have identified various pieces of information we need to collect about the NHAIS libraries who will use the new system. These details will allow us to contract for as sophisticated and flexible an ILL system as possible. New ILL technologies present us with great opportunities, but they also make it impossible to use a one-size-fits-all model for NHAIS libraries. We have created an online survey which will give us a roadmap for what options will best serve whom.

We would like to get a response from each NH library, whether they plan to participate in NHAIS ILL going forward or not (so everyone is accounted for). Your
HSA code is part of the survey so we will be able de-duplicate answers if multiple people from the same library respond.
