Signing up to Participate in ILL

NH Libraries who had not previously participated in the current NHAIS ILL System may now sign up to do so. Libraries who complete the profiling surveys by December 2, 2020 will be set up to place and fill ILL requests beginning January 8, 2020.

The full instructions, including explanations of all your options, links to required forms, and online surveys, are on the NHAIS ILL System webpage. For planning purposes there are pdf versions of all the surveys linked on that page as well. Please review them and collect your information before beginning the online surveys.

Here is the timeline for new NHAIS ILL participants

Monday, November 9, 2020 -- Profiling Surveys open for new participating libraries.

Wednesday, December 2, 2020 -- Profiling Surveys close at 11:45pm and data for new participants is compiled.

Wednesday, December 9, 2020 -- Libraries who completed surveys will receive confirmation emails that data was received.

Tuesday, December 15, 2020 (by 4pm) is the deadline for non-Z-Target libraries to upload their holdings file to Auto-Graphics.(the explanation of options on the ILL System Webpage will guide you on which option to choose for your library).

Friday, December 18, 2020 -- Deadline for Self-guided Training Form to be RECEIVED in NHAIS Services. This is a report of all the training your staff has completed, you will want to start working on this as soon as you complete your profiling survey. You can begin the training at any time.

Thursday, January 7, 2021 -- Credentials for logging into the system will be sent to the directors of profiled and trained libraries.

Friday, January 8, 2021 -- Accounts for newly credentialed libraries will be activated (by noon).
