ILL fixes and enhancements Tue 8/6

The NHAIS ILL System will be offline briefly starting at 10 o'clock tonight (Tuesday, Aug. 6) for another software update.

A number of patches have been applied to SHAREit in the past week and most--but not all--libraries affected by software changes installed July 18 are finding things back to normal. Libraries still seeing issues with the NHAIS ILL System are encouraged to contact the NHAIS Help Desk (nhu-pac@dncr.nh.gov or 603-271-2141).

-When using Format to Print on a full request record display in Request Manager, if the number of lenders was less than 5 (the Participant Record setting for “Number of lenders to print per request”) the printed document contained blank rows on the Lender List line. This has been corrected with tonight's release. The blank spaces, or rows, will still display when viewing the request on the screen--that will be corrected in an upcoming release.

-Some system notifications about ILL status changes for the lender displayed as being for the borrower in the subject line. This has been corrected.

-For Reports (beta), reports have been listed in the left navigation area in the order added. With tonight's release, they will be listed in alphabetical order.
