Thursday, Oct. 9: There have been a handful of reports of waiting and waiting and waiting on some screens when trying to create NHU-PAC ILL requests in the past day. SirsiDynix is looking into this. If you're not sure whether your request was submitted, use Request Inquiry to check. If the request status is Temporary, the request didn't go through. You'll have to create a new request for the same item.
