MARC Record Request Form


Because of server maintenance scheduled by SurveyMonkey the NHU-PAC MARC Record Request Form will be unavailable on Friday, January 5, 2018, beginning at 8:00 pm for approximately 12 hours. Chances are good that no one will even notice this as very few MARC records are requested in the middle of the night, but we wanted to let you know just in case.
This form is the mechanism by which NHAIS libraries can request MARC Records from NHAIS for items not found in NHU-PAC.
