Request Manager oddities Fri 7/19
Friday, July 19, 11:20 a.m.: In the past hour the NHAIS Help Desk has heard from a few users about blank columns on list views in Request Manager. One user was able to see the proper view by using Firefox instead of Chrome.
Auto-Graphics is looking into this. So far they don't think it's related to last night's SHAREit software update. It's possible the problems are related to the CrowdStrike update error which has affected many Internet services.
