Request Manager oddities update

Friday, July 19, 12:05 p.m.: Some but not all NHAIS ILL System users are running into odd screens in the Request Manager today. When trying to view lists of requests, some users are getting a "500 Internal Server Error" message while others get a list with just request numbers and call numbers showing--no titles to click on.

While it seems likely these problems are related to the CrowdStrike update error that's been in the news, Auto-Graphics continues to investigate the source of the problem. They're checking to make sure today's issues are unrelated to last night's SHAREit software update.
