Request Manager oddities Thu 8/1

Thursday, Aug. 1, 8:10 a.m.: We're not out of the woods yet but there was a significant development yesterday afternoon when a patch for the lender list build issue was applied. In testing this morning, it appears that eligible locations are correctly being added to lender lists.

Other issues remain to be straightened out but this is a major step toward getting back to normal. If you have individual requests that got stuck in Awaiting Approval status for lack of lenders, try using the Rebuild Lender List function. DO NOT use Rebuild Lender List for multi-copy requests.

Also seen in testing this morning are doubled fields in the request form. If you encounter this, you'll need to fill in required fields (Patron's Contact Info, Patron's Last Name) twice before the system lets you submit the request.
