NHU-PAC is back online

Thanks to David Harris, who did a lot of running back and forth between server locations and spent a lot of time on the phone with SirsiDynix in the last 24 hours, NHU-PAC is back up and running.
Everything should be working normally. If you find that is not the case please close your browser, reopen it, and connect again. If that doesn't sort out the problem you are seeing please contact the NHAIS Help Desk at 271-2141 right away. If it is after hours please leave a message detailing the problem so we have a record to help us troubleshoot what went off track and when.
We need to replace a drive on the server, so there may be a brief outage when the part and the technician can be coordinated. We expect that to happen sometime in the next few days and will let you know when it is about to happen. We had to do this same type of hot swap on a different drive a few weeks ago and there was no downtime involved in that, so hopefully the same will be true this time.
