NHAIS Notes is a way for the New Hampshire State Library to disseminate information about NHAIS programs and issues. The mission of the New Hampshire Automated Information System (NHAIS) is to promote and improve access to library and information resources for and about New Hampshire. Since Saturday, August 28, libraries in the southwestern part of the state with FairPoint as an ISP have been unable to reach State of New Hampshire sites (not just the NHU-PAC). This has been reported to FairPoint and the state's Network Operations people.
