FAQ: Why won't the ILL system let me complete a transaction?
The Complete option is available only if the transaction status is Returned. It is the borrowing library’s responsibility to change the status to Received and Returned at the appropriate time. If this hasn’t been done, please contact the borrowing library and encourage them to follow through on the transaction so you can complete it. Contact the NHAIS Help Desk at 271-2141 if you are unable to get the borrowing library to cooperate.
