NHSL email is down

Since sometime last night (based on a report from someone who tried to email me then) the State Library (in addition to several other state agencies) has no email service. Currently (12:46pm, 10/5/2011) the Office of Information Technology is saying they don't know how long this email outage will last.

If you sent email to anyone here at the library that required immediate attention, you may want to give them a call. You can reach the NHAIS Help Desk at 271-2141. Other staff numbers are on the NHSL website.
Once the email is back up we will let you know if mail sent to NHAIS Services during the outage has come through (especially files of records for loading) or will need to be resent.
