Christmas Week

With Michelle's retirement we are very short staffed here in NHAIS Services. We hope this will be a short-term problem and David and I have worked out a plan that we think will keep most things moving along (a bit slower than previously, but moving along). Next week, however, is an exception.

Between December 22 and December 26, 2014 David Harris will be holding down the fort on his own. Here is what that means for NHAIS libraries:

• The NHAIS Help Desk will be covered between 7:30 and 3:30 every day except Christmas. if you have having a problem with the NHU-PAC please call 271-2141 or send an email to nhu-pac@dcr.nh.gov.
  
  
• Go ahead and send files (additions and deletes) as usual, but don't worry if you don't hear back from us right away that we got your file. We will respond to all the emailed files to let you know they were received, but it may be the first week of January before everything gets replied to. If you haven't heard from us by January 9th about a file you sent in 2014 please call to follow up on it.
