Monday, May 23, 12:10 p.m.: Further testing shows the NHU-PAC's Z39.50 server is doing what it's supposed to do but attempts to connect to it from anywhere outside the State of New Hampshire's network are failing. This points to a firewall issue that we're now working with the state's IT folks to resolve.
