Time to sign up for NHAIS ILL!

Today NHAIS Services staff sent an email to the director of each NHAIS member library providing them with instructions for completing the profiling information that will be needed to get their library set up in the new NHAIS ILL System. This data will be collected via online surveys. All the information that was sent to the directors is also available on the NHAIS ILL System web page.

Because much of the information required is of a technical nature you will probably need to contact your local system vendor or administrator to collect the required information. PDF versions of all the surveys are included on the website so you can see what data you need to gather before completing the online surveys. You must complete the surveys online; paper copies cannot be accepted.

You should gather your information and complete the surveys--ONE SET OF SURVEYS PER LIBRARY-- as soon as possible. The data collected from the libraries will determine the implementation schedule so we cannot finalize dates for implementation and training until we have gotten survey responses from NH libraries.

You will need to have completed all your library’s profiling surveys by September 3, 2019 in order to be trained and set up to use the NHAIS Interlibrary Loan System when it first goes live.
