Request Manager rearrangement
The Request Manager page in the NHAIS ILL System may look a little different to you today. We've modified the order in which statuses on the Borrower's Action items list appear. On the Lender side, we've moved the Complete status to the bottom of the Items awaiting trading partner response area.
The motivation behind this change was to move Complete, which tends to accumulate big numbers but requires no action, out of the middle of the Borrower list. Now Borrowers will find Unfilled, Cancelled, Expired, and Complete at the bottom of the Action items list. These statuses normally require no further action: Cancelled and Unfilled requests will become Expired once the need-by date passes while Expired and Complete requests are automatically deleted after 365 days.
