Clarification - Quarantine and Indirect Van Service

 A question has come up about the Quarantine of ILL Materials and libraries who have their materials picked up and dropped off at another library.

"All materials being sent on the van must be quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours before pick up by the State Library van." This means at the location where they are being picked up by an NHSL driver.

Libraries who get their van via another library should work with the "host" library to establish a process that accommodates this requirement and complies with whatever quarantining each of the libraries involved has in place.
