Reminder: Quarantine your outgoing ILL material for 72 hours

It’s been several weeks since the ILL system kicked back into action, so I’m writing to remind everybody that the state library ILL quarantine policy requires ILL items be held at your library for 72 hours before going out on the van service. (For the original quarantine policy posting, see https://www.nh.gov/nhsl/documents/illquarantine.pdf)

We’ve been notified of a few instances where items that were requested arrived at the borrowing library before 3 days had passed. As we head into winter, and with Covid cases rising in recent days, I’m urging everyone to recommit to the quarantine policy across the board.

Thank you all for being so cooperative and supportive since the ILL restart.  I know the drivers appreciate it.
