Annual report update

I’ve received a few emails recently asking if the annual report has started yet. It has not. I’m working on some technical difficulties with the vendor and will open it up as soon as I have them resolved. When that happens, you will receive an email with your link and login information. The email will come from Timothy.M.Rohe@dncr.nh.gov so it shouldn’t go to your spam folder, but always remember to check that before reaching out.

I also wanted to offer one clarification about the physical circulation section. Remember, it’s broken into:

·         Circulation of Print Materials

·         Circulation of Audio – Physical Units

·         Circulation of Video – Physical Units

·         Circulation of Other Physical Items

Those add up to your total circulation, so remember to include children’s and YA materials in those numbers. IMLS is just interested in children’s and YA circ., which is why they have them broken out separately, but I indented them as a visual reminder that they’re separate.

One more thing: many of you will get an error message saying that your Video – Downloadable Units and/or TOTAL Downloadable Video Circulation have gone up more than expected. This is because NHDB added some videos of children’s storybook readings with an American sign language interpreter. Simply add a note to that effect and it will go away.

I hope to open up the survey in the next day or two, so stay tuned. Thank you for your patience and please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
