New Undo Renewal Rejected option
The ongoing work to expand "undo" functionality in the NHAIS ILL System adds another option tonight. While this and other updates are installed, the NHAIS ILL System will be offline for up to 15 minutes starting at 10 o'clock tonight (Tuesday, July 27).
If a renewal request has been rejected in error, the lender will now have the ability to choose Undo Rejected Renewal.
-The Rejected Renewal status is in the lender’s “Items awaiting trading partner response” list.
-The action will revert the request to the previous status of Renew Pending or Renew/Overdue.
-The request history will include a status change of Undo Rejected Renewal.
-The Undo Rejected Renewal option is only available to the lender that received the renewal request and rejected it; the borrower cannot undo the lender’s rejection.
General reminders for Undo options:
-The Undo status options will be available for 7 calendar days after the initial status change of the request. If more than 7 days have passed, or if the status has changed (e.g., a request for a renewal has been accepted or rejected by the lender), the Undo option will no longer be available for that request.
-The Undo status options are available from the status request list for individual or batch updating and from the Borrower’s or Lender’s Full Request Record Display (dependent on the role performing the Undo action).
One more change coming tonight: the “List” icon in the header will now be visible for screen readers to meet Section 508 compliance.
