Quotes-in-titles bug
A new book on last year's presidential election has revealed...that our ILL program can't determine availability if there are quotation marks in the title. This bug is being worked on. In the meantime, libraries who are Z-targets in the ILL system and whose catalogs are configured to deliver availability status may find they're seeing requests for Michael C. Bender's new work or other books with quotation marks in the title even if the book is checked out, on order, or otherwise unavailable. Marking the request Will Not Supply will move it along to another potential lender.
