ILL fixes Thu 3/17
A couple of fixes will be installed to the NHAIS ILL System tonight (Thursday, March 17). The system will be offline for up to 15 minutes starting at 10 o'clock.
When a staff user placed a request on a non-returnable format (chiefly titles cataloged as serials), the request form defaulted to the “Returnable (loan)” form rather than “Non-returnable (copy)” form. This has been corrected. If you're looking to borrow and return a travel guide or exam prep book or other item cataloged as a serial (as opposed to getting a photocopy or electronic copy of an article), you'll now want to select "Returnable (loan)" before you start filling out the request form.
While major problems with the layout of shipping labels have been addressed in recent updates, minor adjustments continue. Firefox users may still see that a portion of the left side is cut off when printed. This will be addressed in a future release.
