ILL fixes Tue 6/21

The NHAIS ILL System will be offline briefly starting at 10 o'clock tonight (Tuesday, June 21) to address a couple of minor issues:

-When a staff user added or deleted a Quick Link on the Staff Dashboard, the change wasn’t updated in the Quick Links menu on the Staff Dashboard until after logging out and back in. This has been corrected so the updated Quick Link will be reflected immediately, as expected.

-On the full record display, the Up Arrow in the lower right was displaying when the record was first displayed. It should only display after the user has scrolled down the page. This has been corrected.
