Fixes and enhancements coming Thu 9/15

The NHAIS ILL System will be offline for up to 15 minutes starting at 10 o'clock tonight (Thursday, Sept. 15) to accommodate installation of program updates.

-When a format link is clicked when viewing search results, it will change from blue to purple when the user returns to the results display. Previously, the user couldn’t tell which records had already been viewed because the link color remained blue.

-Users will now be able to select the number of results to view on the search results page using a new “Results” drop-down in the upper right. The default will be 40 results per page. (A future release will include the ability for logged-in users to set their own default number of results per page in Your Account > Preferences.)

-The “Searching ## resources” message will display in the upper left rather than the upper right. When the search is complete, the text will change to a button reading “Add Additional Results” rather than displaying “Additional Results Found” followed by a button to “Add to Results Now."

Information at the top of the search page will remain frozen at the top when scrolling through results. The “Add Additional Results” button will display only until clicked by the user, as it does currently.

-The font size has been increased for shipping labels. Also, formatting issues specific to Firefox have been fixed: text on the left of shipping labels will not be cut off and Firefox settings can be used if needed to adjust margins.
