Increased size limit for non-returnable attachments in NHAIS ILL System
The NHAIS ILL System will be offline briefly tonight (Wednesday, Jan. 4) starting at 10 o'clock to install an update to the program. The maximum file size for non-returnable attachments (typically used to send copies of magazine or newspaper articles) is increasing from 25MB to 125MB. If you exceed the new limit, a message stating “You may not upload files larger then 125MB” will display on the screen rather than displaying an error message on a new tab. Lenders still have the ability to add multiple attachments to a request.
If you'd like to know more about requesting or sending non-returnable attachments in the NHAIS ILL System, there's an 18-minute video available on the subject.
