NHAIS ILL System changes

The NHAIS ILL System will be briefly offline tonight (Thursday, June 29) starting at 10 o'clock to install program updates.

-When going from a List view of results to the Full Record Display, the back arrow was returning the user to the top of the results page. That has been corrected so the user will be returned to the correct place on the page of results.

-For libraries that allow patron-initiated requesting, the ability of patrons to place batch requests from their lists has been removed because of inconsistencies in the request form. The Request button at the top of the list has been replaced with an individual Request button next to each title in a list:

•    Clicking the Request button will open the request form.
•    Clicking on the cover art will continue to open the full record display.
•    Staff users will now have the ability to place requests from lists.
•    Users who do not have the ability to place requests won’t see the Request button on their lists.
