Routing slips for the return journey

From the NHAIS mailbox: "Is there a way to print ShareIt generated routing slips from libraries who fill our requests, but insist on using their own, unique ILL routing slips? ... we usually just create an ILL return slip on a scrap of paper, but I'm curious if there's a way."

Yes, borrowers can print a shipping label in the system when returning materials--but the request must be in Returned status. That's similar to how lenders must mark a request Shipped before printing labels. When you go to the Print Shipping Labels screen, the default setting for "Include:" is Shipped Status Only. Change that to Returned Status Only and then select the titles(s) you want to print.
