ILL fix Tue 4/30 10pm

The NHAIS ILL System will be offline for up to 15 minutes starting at 10 o'clock tonight (Tuesday, Apr. 30) for a software update that includes a fix for the "Item Owned By Your Library" message. This message is supposed to appear whenever a request is created for material that the system determines is already in your collection--but it hasn't been showing up lately. After tonight's update, users should see the message with the option to "Continue" and create the request or "Cancel" and return to the previous page. Whether created by patron or staff, requests for "Owned By Your Library" items will go into Awaiting Approval status, requiring staff approval.
