Weird dates fixed
Wednesday, June 19, 10:10 a.m.: Auto-Graphics reports a fix was installed last night to address issues in creating new requests. If you had problems submitting requests yesterday, please try again and let the NHAIS Help Desk know if you're still encountering issues.
Some users were seeing a creation date of 1/1/0001 on the acknowledgment screen after submitting a request, with no request ID number listed. Other users ran into “ILL Request Submission Failed!” or "Please Try Again" messages. If you experienced any of these errors, you'll need to try again.
