ILL van deliveries

Although we did receive some fantastic news regarding our federal funding, due to the State of NH’s hiring freeze, we are still experiencing a staffing shortage. This makes it especially difficult to manage the delivery schedule when a van driver is out sick, takes vacation, etc.

After a lot of careful review of delivery data and routes, we are going to consolidate some of our library stops. In addition, some libraries will have a change in their delivery day. I will contact the affected libraries to let you know of the changes. If you do not hear from me, there will be no change to your delivery.

We will continue to monitor delivery data (loans and borrows). As always, the ILL delivery service will do its best to adapt to both our libraries’ needs and the realities of funding and available labor.
