NC Hub ILL Delivery Route planned - Friday, 6/26
As you are aware, due to driver illness we have had to cancel and modify our North Country routes. We are planning a make-up NC route for Friday, June 26th but due to staff shortages it will operate a little differently than usual.
We have selected three centrally located libraries to serve as drop points, or “hubs”. If you would like to drop off your materials at one of these hub libraries by the end of the day today, we will pick them up. (see list below)
Additionally, if you would like to pick up your materials at one of these hub libraries, please let us know NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM TODAY (THURSDAY, JUNE 25TH). This is so that we can plan to bring your items and leave them at the hub library. Let us know which library you are using as a hub, and you will be able to pick up your materials after we’ve dropped them off.
We are aware of the short notice of this message and appreciate your flexibility.
The libraries that have agreed to serve as hubs are:
• Moosilauke Public Library -- 165 Lost River Road, North Woodstock, NH 03262
o Monday 9:00am to 7:00pm
o Tuesday 10:00am to 2:00pm
o Thursday 9:00am to 7:00pm
o Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
o Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm
• Conway Public Library -- 15 Greenwood Ave, Conway, NH 03818-2100
o Mon - Thu - 9am-8pm
o Fri – 10:30am-5pm
o Sat - 9am-1pm
o Sun - Closed
• White Mountains Community College Fortier Library -- 2020 Riverside Drive, Berlin, NH 03570
o Monday- Friday 8am- 3:30pm
o NOTE: The Fortier Library is at the far end of a hall. They have a cart you can borrow to get your bin(s) to the library more easily, but you’ll need to either call them to let them know you are coming or go into the library first to get it. The library’s phone number is 603-342-3087.
You may drop off/pick up your materials at one of these libraries during their open hours.
Thank you for your understanding,
