Viewing list archives

You can find recent messages posted to the general NHAIS e-mail list (NHAIS-L), the NHAIS interlibrary loan list (NHAIS-ILL), and the yardsale list (yardsaleNHAIS) in the list archives. As of June 1, 2020, the archives will contain messages from the current month plus the previous 3 months and can be viewed only by list subscribers with passwords. The system-assigned passwords are different for each list.

The following instructions on how to view the archives mention the "listinfo" page. This is different for each list:

If you don't have your password, go to the "listinfo" page and, near the bottom, enter your subscribed address next to the Unsubscribe or edit options button, then click the button.

On the next page, find the Your [Listname] Password section and click the Email My Password To Me button.

Once you have your password, go back to the "listinfo" page. Near the top, at the end of the About [Listname] section, you'll see a link to [Listname] Archives.

Click the link and, after entering your subscribed address and password, choose Let Me In to see a list of months.

Choose how you'd like to view messages from a particular month (sorted by thread, subject, author, or date). If you'd like to keep your own archive of list messages, right-click on one of the monthly files in the Downloadable version column and choose Save Link As...
