Reopening NH Libraries Task Force Report
The Reopening NH Libraries Task Force
has released their first version of the Resources/Best Practices
document (and a day early at that!)
The document can be found at the top of the NHLA COVID19 web page, http://nhlibrarians.org/covid-19-resources/
A big thank you to the 18 librarians
who worked so hard to research, cull, collate, and make sense of a
myriad of resources – all of the task force members are listed on the
introduction page of the document.
Please remember that the intention of
this document is to provide the most reliable resources, links, and
practices that we know abou t right now to guide NH library boards and
staff while they create a staged reopening plan for their libraries.
This is not a set of recommendations, or a set of mandates. Each
library in each community needs to create their own plan, assess their
own risk/liability, and take into account the many factors that have to
be considered in light of a global health pandemic.
The task force will continue to meet,
and anticipates that revisions to this document will occur. Please
continue to bookmark and visit the NHLA COVID19 web page for the most
recent updates.
