Placing ILL Requests Videos

Two more training videos went up yesterday afternoon.
Placing ILL Requests is an overview of the basics of placing requests in the system.
Placing ILL Requests: Travel Guides deals with the specific case of needing to borrow an item that is cataloged as a serial. (This system handles that issue much better than the old one did.)
A video on placing and filling requests for copies of articles from magazines is planned as well.
