Improved notes display and other ILL enhancements and fixes

Several improvements to the NHAIS ILL System are slated to be installed tonight (Thursday, May 21--a departure from the normal enhancement schedule of every other Tuesday) starting just after 10 o'clock. Expect the system to be unavailable for about 15 minutes while the software is updated.

-The display of notes added to requests has been enhanced to improve visibility. The Borrower’s Notes, Patron Notes, and (Current) Lender’s Notes fields will now display in a larger, bold font and the text box outline is bolded.
-Help buttons have been updated to reflect the current version of the software and clicking a Help button will open a new screen pointing the user to the appropriate HTML documentation page. (This release is Phase 1 of 3. Most, but not all, Help buttons will direct you to the correct HTML page. In the next two phases we will correct any that do not and will be adding Help buttons to pages that do not currently have them.)
-In the Borrower Statistics and Lender Statistics reports, it was not always clear which statuses were used for some of the category counts, especially for “Will Not Supply” reasons. After a review, several adjustments were made so that the counts will better reflect the request disposition. For example, Not on Shelf statistics will now count Lost and Lacking as well as Not on Shelf.
-The lender list build process was not validating against the 007/00 value of the source record for all formats, causing, for example, eBooks to be added to the lender list on requests for books. If the source record does not contain an 007, that field cannot be validated. Specialty formats like Large Print will continue to be validated in additional ways beyond the 007.
-When a request went into Expired status, some information for the last potential lender (Lender name and Phone but not Email) was displaying on the full request. Because the request expired, there was not a lender so no information about a lender should display. This has been corrected for Expired and other statuses for which there is not a current lender: no lender information will be displayed.
-If there was a comma in a Z-target location, the holdings did not display on the full record. This has been corrected and the holdings will display as expected.
-Some books were incorrectly displaying as eJournals in the search results. This was due to an error in how formats were identified and has been corrected.
