UPC matching, attachment size notification enhancements

The NHAIS Interlibrary Loan System will be offline for up to 15 minutes tonight (Tuesday, July 28) starting at 10 o'clock to install software enhancements:

-In line with a recent change that affected ISBN and other standard number matches, the lender list build process and availability checking have been further adjusted so that when there is a match on UPC (024 with 1st indicator of 1) it will be considered a match and will not require validation checks on title, author, publisher, and date. The UPC check will occur after checks for ISBN, ISSN, LCCN, and OCLC#.

-When staff upload a document (e.g., a PDF of a magazine article) to a non-returnable request, the file size limit of 25MB will now be displayed:
