Brief ILL system outage Mon. 12/28 10pm

The NHAIS ILL System will be offline for up to 15 minutes tonight (Monday, Dec. 28) starting at 10 o'clock while program fixes and enhancements are installed. Most of the updates involve administrative functions but one issue that's affected at least one of our libraries that allows patron-initiated requests is being addressed: 

Some SIP2 profiles were not allowing staff-initiated requests using the ILS Lookup function and resulted in a “System processing error (Missing SIP2 connection information)” error. The API was updated to correct the problem.
